Eligible students who are interested in enrolling in HKDSE Music, please follow the application procedure:
Step 1
Download the Application Form from our website.
Step 2
Please complete the Application Form details with the necessary application documents. The form includes a list of supporting documents.
Step 3
The declaration is to be duly signed by the student, parent, and music teacher with school chop on the Application Form.
Step 4
Send the Application Form to The Hong Kong Music Service and Consulting Limited by 26 August 2024 (Monday).
